A honeycomb central panel is flanked by elongated cables, mirrored cables, regular cables, and moss stitch at the sides.
Six traditional shanked football buttons fasten the centre front along the 1x1 rib button stand which continues to form the neck edge. The pattern continues onto the 2 patch pockets, with 1x1 rib at the top edges matching the 1x1 ribbing at the cuffs and hem.
